Here are answers to a few of the most frequently asked questions about Metro Cars©. We hope this information will address any questions you may have as a new Metro Cars customer or those our loyal customers may have regarding their ongoing service.

How do I make reservations?
Click Here to make a reservation, or you can make or check on a reservation, 24/7/365, by calling 800.456.1701, then press 1. A confirmation will then be sent directly to your email.

Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes, you can make your reservation with a credit card and pay upon arrival at your destination.  Credit Cards accepted are:  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Trustwave.

Are sedans available for public transportation when I arrive at Detroit Metropolitan Airport without a previous reservation?
Yes, this service is referred to as 'On-Demand'. Metro Cars is curbside at all terminals at Detroit Metro Airport, simply follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) where you will find the Metro Cars kiosk.   We will be there and at your service.

When I arrive at Detroit Metropolitan Airport, will I have to meet my driver in a specific area near baggage claim?
The Choice is Yours! Metro Cars is the only company that gives you a choice, Carousel or Curbside. If you require assistance with your luggage or just want the comfort of knowing that a specific driver will meet you upon your arrival, then you will be met in baggage claim by our professional chauffeur with a sign displaying your name.  This service is offered for a nominal fee of $10.00.

If you do not require any assistance or do not need to go to baggage claim, simply follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) in each terminal where you will find the Metro Cars kiosk.  We will be there and at your service.

Do you have Limousines?
Yes, we have a variety of limousines to fit your needs -- ranging from 6 to 8 passengers in our stretch limousines, or 10 to 18 passengers in our Executive Vans and Limo Coaches.

Does Metro Cars offer group transportation options?
All of the services you have come to rely on at Metro Cars are better than ever! Whether it's a luxury sedan or limousine, executive bus or minibus, or even our 56 passenger luxury motor coaches, Metro Cars stands ready to meet your transportation needs, from one person to several thousand.

Does Metro Cars offer discounts for a night out on the town?
Yes, check out our signature "After Hours" program.  For only $39.00 per hour including gratuity (two hour minimum), you can arrive safely to your favorite restaurant or entertainment venue.  Click here to make a reservation.

Do you have any suggestions for restaurants or entertainment in the Detroit Metropolitan Area?

Do you have Gift Certificates I can order?
Yes, Click Here to order gift certificates or call us at 800.456.1701.  These are great gifts for family and friends traveling to and from the airport or just around town.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
The price quoted for each transportation service is all-inclusive.  It includes all necessary taxes and fees.
 
Do you have car seats?
Yes, we have car seats available at a cost of $10 each. Please just let us know if you will require one when making your reservation.
 
How do I open an account?

Does it cost more if there is more than one passenger?
No, our rates quoted are per vehicle, not number of passengers in the vehicle.
