No Shows. Full fare will be charged if passenger does not show up at schedule pick-up time.
Must Cancel prior to 1 hour of pick up or full rate will be charged.
Sedans Cancellation Policy, have 15 minutes from schedule time to cancel.
Wait Time, Changes will be made 26 minutes past the schedule time.
