METRO CARS EXECUTIVE VEHICLE RESERVATION POLICIES

Quoted vehicles are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.

VEHICLE AVAILABILITY/DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit per vehicle is required to confirm van, bus and motor coach reservations. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the date of service or reservation will be canceled.

CANCELLATION/ REFUNDS

Client cancellations with minimum 30 days notice will result in refund of deposit for the following executive transportation vehicles: Mini Bus/ Executive Mini Bus/ Motorcoach. Failure to pay the full balance, within 30 days of date of service will forfeit deposit. Client cancellations within 30 days of date of service will forfeit paid balance, at discretion of Metro Cars. Client cancellations within a minimum of 14 day’s notice for Sprinter Limo and Transit Vans will result of deposit. Full payment due 30 days prior to date of service. Failure to pay full balance within 30 days of service will forfeit deposit. Client cancellation of trip within 14 days of date of service for a Sprinter Limo and Transit Van will forfeit paid balance, at the discretion of Metro Cars.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES / FEES

Rates include any current fuel surcharge which is subject to change for the dates quoted based on fuel costs at the time of service. Charges for expenses such as parking, tolls, and special permits will be billed at actual cost. The rates quoted are the anticipated charges based upon the information provided by the client. In the event actual services performed differ, additional charges may apply.

OVERNIGHT TRIPS

Please be advised, unless told otherwise, the booking client is responsible for the drivers hotel accommodations on any overnight trips and is paid for by the client. Driver(s) will only drive allotted DOT hours.

EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE

In the event in which any trip activities require greater than normal amount of time and material necessary to clean/fix the vehicle/bus properly. Metro Cars may assess a cleaning/damage fee of $300 per vehicle/bus.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food and drink are permitted on vehicles/buses. Passengers are responsible for cleaning all food and drink after the trip is completed. Only adults of legal drinking age may consume alcohol on the vehicle/bus. No glass containers are permitted on any vehicle. No smoking is permitted on any vehicle/bus.

TERMS

Metro Cars is not responsible for items lost or left on a vehicle/bus. Metro Cars is also not responsible for loss of time or comfort, due to mechanical failure or inclement weather. We cannot guarantee the assignment of requested drivers, coaches, or amenities/features. Metro Cars requests full itineraries with times, locations with addresses of each destination, and main contact information at least 7 days prior to your trip. All itineraries are subject to review and approval by Metro Cars.

GROUP SEDAN / SUV RESERVATIONS

Full pre-payment is required for group sedan and SUV reservations (4 or more vehicles), refundable with 72 hours notice. 50% refund within 72 hours of time of service, no refund within 12 hours of service. Sedan or SUV reservations for fewer than 4 vehicles may be cancelled within 24 hours with full refund. No refund for sedan or SUV reservation cancellations within 12 hours of service.

INCLEMENT WEATHER OR DANGEROUS CONDITIONS

For the safety of our passengers and drivers, Metro Cars may choose, at our discretion, to delay or cancel a ride due to inclement weather or other circumstances that result in dangerous driving conditions. Passengers will be notified as soon as possible and every attempt will be made to reschedule a delayed ride or provide a refund for a canceled trip.
